This homepage contains an outline of the Trade Mark practice and of the other services Keesom & Hendriks can offer you. We take out Trade Mark and Design registrations directly in Benelux, international registrations with WIPO in Geneva and community registrations with OHIM in Alicante. In other countries we are assisted by our local colleagues.

Our staff numbers some 10 professionals. Our Trade Mark Attorneys are university graduates, BMM (Benelux Association of Trade Mark and Model/Design Law) attorneys and have been sworn in as Trade Mark brokers by the Court and are certified by the Foundation for the Certification of Competence (SKO). We are also listed as European Trade Mark and Design attorneys.

Practice is not restricted to Trade Marks alone, but also covers all related or kindred matters, such as:

• brokerage (the company is also a certified brokers office)
  
• licenced detectives (for Trade Mark user searches)

• certified evaluation reports on the value of Trade Marks (for use in mergers, as a security for bankloans and for filing with Inland Revenue)

We are sworn and certified interpreters and translators to the Court, which facilitates rapid filing of documents in foreign languages. We are attesting officers. Our signatures are directly legalized by "Apostille" and by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by some consulates.
